About the event
This class is free to all first-timers (and since this is the first time I am offering the class, that means it is free to all of you)! All levels of dancers welcome (from brand new through advanced). Please have a yoga mat handy.
I will offer these 75 minute Technique and Conditioning classes every month or so as my schedule allows. Each class will be different, but all will include:
Full Warm Up and Strength Training
Technique Focus (including your requests)
Range of Motion Exercises
Full Stretch and Cool Down
