Fundamental Technique (101B): Sundays at 3 PM, 4 weeks: June 2, 9, 16, 30 (NO CLASSES ON JUNE 23); $50/series, $15/drop (plus PayPal fee when paying online)
Perfect posture and essential isolations, adding basic layers of arms, steps, and shimmies. Each session will emphasize different technique based on participant skills, such as pelvic isolations, hand and arm movements, shimmies, steps, interior and exterior circles, abdominal dexterity, chest flexibility.
Prereq: Completion of Introduction to Belly Dance series or instructor approval.
