Intermediate Technique (201D): in person on Sundays at 5:45 PM, on Zoom Tuesdays at 7:15 PM, 4 weeks (Jan 8, 15, 22, and 29) $50/session, $15/single class (plus PayPal fee if paying online)
During this series, we drill a specific subset of movements in order to strengthen our skills and expand our repertoire. Over the course of four weeks, we layer arms, traveling, and shimmies. This series will focus on hip and chest circles, arm undulations, the rock step, and the hegallah shimmy.
Level 2 approval is required prior to taking this series.
