Slow and Smooth Workshop

By popular demand! One of the most common comments I hear from students is that they "need to work on slowing down", and guess what? They're right! There are several reasons why slow, smooth, controlled technique can be difficult, so we are going to analyze those issues and learn more about our own dancing and how to improve. Slower and more powerful movements have so many benefits for our performances: we add anticipation and drama, we create beautiful and strong lines, and we show our range and confidence.

This workshop will meet from 2:30 to 4:30 PM on Saturday, February 10th. All levels welcome!
