Advanced Assaya (325): Mondays from 7:15 to 8:15 PM, 4 weeks (Feb 5, 12, 19, and 26); $50 session, $15/single plus PayPal fee when registering online
Over the course of four weeks, dive into specific stylization for dancing with a stick or cane. We will learn advanced level stick technique for folkloric Saiidi, Ghawazee, baladi, Lebanese, and "generic" must-know tricks for any belly dancer. Each week you will learn a combination in a specific style that can be added to your next stick dance.
This class is open ONLY to Level 3 dancers who have completed Raqs Assaya (224). This class was last offered in October 2023 on Sundays at 5 PM. Please ask Rahil if you have placement questions.
