Advanced Shimmies (303): Mondays from 7:30 to 8:30 PM, 4 weeks (January 4, 11, 18, 25) $40/session, $12/single class (plus PayPal fee if paying online)
In this session, we take our shimmies to a whole new level! Each week, we will focus on three different shimmies; drilling technique, adding layers, and traveling with each. Bring a water bottle and get ready to sweat!
Prereq: Intermediate Shimmies (202) or instructor approval
