Advanced Technique (201D): in person on Sundays at 4:45 PM, on Zoom Tuesdays at 6 PM, 4 weeks (Jan 8, 15, 22, and 29) $50/session, $15/single class (plus PayPal fee if paying online)
During this series, we drill a specific subset of movements in order to strengthen our skills and expand our repertoire. Over the course of four weeks, we layer arms, traveling, and shimmies; add depth through height and angle changes; explore stylization of movements. This series will focus on sharp and smooth hip movements, arm undulations, body waves, and shoulder shimmies.
Level 3 approval is required prior to taking this series.
