Fundamentals of Finger Cymbals (122): Sundays from 3 to 4 PM, 7 weeks (March 17, 24, April 7, 13, 21, 28, May 5: NO CLASSES ON 3/31 DUE TO EASTER) $87/session, $15/drop (plus PayPal fee when paying online)
One of the quintessential skills of a belly dancer is the ability to play cymbals! During this series, you'll get the challenge of playing an instrument and dancing at the same time (and gain an understanding of rhythm and music theory), all while practicing some of those fundamental belly dance techniques.
This class is available in person and via Zoom, but please note that sound quality is sometimes an issue with finger cymbals on Zoom.
Prereq: Completion of Introduction to Belly Dance series or instructor approval.
