Arms and Hands (104): in person on Sundays from 3:15 to 4:15 PM, on Zoom Mondays from 6 to 7 PM, 4 weeks (Jan 8, 15, 22, and 29) $50/session, $15/single class (plus PayPal fee if paying online)
Use basic frames and flows to add depth to isolations. Understand where to use hand and arm accents. Perfect hand and arm posture and drill various technique.
At least one session of 101 is recommended prior to taking this session.
