Belly Dance Fitness
All Levels Welcome, including BRAND NEW DANCERS

No matter your experience in belly dance, this is a great class for you! We will do some targeted strength training, keep the energy high with exciting dance moves to fun music, and enjoy an extended stretch at the end of class.
