Introduction to Belly Dance (001):
Join us Mondays at 7:15 for four weeks (January 5, 12, 19, and 26)! This series is a great way to kick off the new year with a fun, new activity! Perfect for brand new dancers AND for those returning to dance after a break, you'll get a primer on the essentials of belly dance: foundational posture and movements, isolations and muscle control, and steps and turns.
Available at the special discounted rate of $40 for the full series (plus $3 Paypal fee).
