Introduction to Belly Dance (001):
Join us Mondays at 7:15 for four weeks (April 13, 20, 27, and May 4)! This series is a great way to jump into a fun, new activity! Perfect for brand new dancers AND for those returning to dance after a break, you'll get a primer on the essentials of belly dance: foundational posture and movements, isolations and muscle control, and steps and turns.
