Introduction to Belly Dance (001):
Join us Sundays at 3 PM for four weeks (August 9, 16, 23, and 30)! This series is a great way to jump into a fun, new activity! Perfect for brand new dancers AND for those returning to dance after a break, you'll get a primer on the essentials of belly dance: foundational posture and movements, isolations and muscle control, and steps and turns.
