Effort-Shape (307): Sundays from 5 to 6 PM, 4 weeks (March 15, 22, 29, April 12: NO CLASSES ON 4/5--EASTER). $50/session, $15/single (plus paypal fee when registering online)
In this session, we experiment with intricate technique to understand the feeling behind movements. We will take a deep dive into musical textures and the emotions contained therein. Through changing the effort behind our technique, we will use the same basic moves in different ways to evoke different feelings.
Prereq: Advanced Technique (301) or instructor approval
