Fundamental Technique (101A): Mondays at 6 PM, 4 weeks: September 22, October 6, 13, and 20 (NO CLASSES on September 29 due to Rahil's travel calendar); $50/series, $15/drop (plus PayPal fee when paying online)
Perfect posture and essential isolations, adding basic layers of arms, steps, and shimmies. Each session will emphasize different technique based on participant skills, such as pelvic isolations, hand and arm movements, shimmies, steps, interior and exterior circles, abdominal dexterity, chest flexibility. . Three series of 101 are required to complete your Level 1 certification!
Prereq: Completion of Introduction to Belly Dance series or instructor approval.
