About the event
Mixed Level Isolations (105): Mondays from 6 to 7 PM, 4 weeks (June 1, 8, 22, 29). $50/session, $15/single (plus PayPal and ticketing fee when registering online)
Over the course of four weeks, practice the absolutely essential concept of isolating individual body parts and muscles. During this session, you will perfect fundamental movements, strengthen your "belly dance muscles", and work towards the sinuous and precise aesthetic that forms the foundation of belly dance of all styles.
Prereq: 101 (Fundamental Technique) or instructor approval
