March Workshop: All About Arms

Arms are my number-one, most-requested topic! More than just icing, strong and refined arms can add elegance and grace to your dancing. We will work through some exercises to help strengthen and soften your arm technique, perfect and adjust frames and flows, and work through dynamic paths in combos.

This workshop will meet from 2 to 4 PM on Saturday, March 8th. Some dance experience is recommended, as we'll be assuming a basic grasp on fundamental belly dance technique.

We have our International Women's Day Hafla after the workshop, you can sign up for your performance spot when you sign up for the workshop!
