Mixed Level Shimmy Drills (102): Mondays from 6 to 7 PM, 3 weeks (October 2, 16, 23; NO CLASSES 10/9) $38/session, $15/drop (plus PayPal fee when paying online)
Drill several types of shimmies to perfection! In this class you will increase your shimmy strength and stamina, gain an understanding of variations of shimmies, and begin layering isolations with shimmies. All of these skills are key to taking your dance to the next level!
Prereq: Completion of Introduction to Belly Dance series or instructor approval.
