Must-Know Songs for Belly Dancers

Learning about music is the number one way to enrich your experience and presentation of belly dance! This is because the movements, feeling, and audience connection is completely based on a deeper understanding of the music. Oum Kalthoum songs have become classics for belly dancers for a reason: the complex musicality, the depth of emotion, and the feelings of grandeur tempered with nuance. In this workshop, you will learn three short "combo-ographies" for three different must-know songs.

This workshop will meet from 2 to 4 PM on Saturday, September 12th. Cost is $40 plus paypal and website fees.
