Smooth Transitions (306): Sundays from 5 to 6 PM, 4 weeks (August 17, 24, Sept 7, 14: NO CLASSES ON 8/31 due to Labor Day). $50/session, $15/single (plus paypal fee when registering online)
In this session, we experiment with intricate technique and nuanced sequences to understand how movements are related and how to connect them seamlessly.
