Smooth Transitions (306): Sundays from 5 to 6 PM, 4 weeks (Jan 30, Feb 6, 20, 27: NO CLASSES ON SUPER BOWL). $40/session, $12/single

  • In this session, we experiment with intricate technique and nuanced sequences to understand how movements are related and how to connect them seamlessly.
