About the event
Being a performer is a lot more than learning some dance moves and putting on a pretty costume! There are a lot of background skills that can make your life easier as a performer and remove the stress and uncertainty from show prep. Having these skills can also help you gain a reputation as a reliable and self-sufficient dancer with whom show producers love to work!
One of the least favorite tasks in being a performer is writing an introduction or bio. In this short lecture, Rahil will distinguish between a bio and an intro, help understand what information to include for different venues, and help you highlight your strengths with humility.
This lecture is FREE, but you must register in order to get the Zoom link. If you cannot attend live but want to receive a recording, register as usual. All participants will receive the recording.
